Wishes do come true, both for the neighborhood and a longtime restaurateur.
Tee Jaye’s Country Place President Dayna Sokol Sandsten said her company signed a lease on June 16 for the space at 4560 N. High St., former home of Bareburger. The new lease ensures that Clintonville residents again will be able to enjoy their Barnyard Buster and other favorite meals at a Tee Jaye’s location.
Plus, the property at the intersection of Weisheimer Road and High Street has the smaller footprint that Sandsten sought. It also is accompanied by a new amenity: a liquor license.
“We’re still in the planning stages. We’ve been looking for a place because we wanted to stay in Clintonville,” she said.
